Got into town about noon yesterday. We set up camp at Au Gres city campground and were on the water about 2:30 yesterday. We went out of Eagle bay yesterday. Tried from 6 to 25' of water. Best seemed to be 15 or deeper. We boated 3 keepers in our boat and our buddies ended up with their 10 fish limit. Crawlers were definitely the ticket near bottom.
We decided to go right out of Au agres in the AM. We set up in 34 and our buds set up in 37. 35 turned out to be the best for us this morning. Some off the bottom and some about 20 down off spinners and meat. We were both limited by 11:00. Not fast, but a decent pick. Fish were 17 to 22". Hoping the winds stay down enough to fish through the weekend. Fun times out there.
