2000 Crestliner Sportfish 1850 Project Boat

I've got a year 2000 Crestliner Sportfish 1850 project boat with trailer. It needs new flooring in parts of it and at least the transom resealed. I was going to replace the wood in the transom too although it does still feel solid. I've had it for two years now without time to work on it and at this point would like the storage space back in my barn. Asking $2000. I also have a 1991 model year Johnson 115 HP that was earmarked for this project that is negotiable if the boat sells.
