I'd like to get an autopilot trolling motor for my 16' dual console boat. It has a 42 lb. Motorguide on it now. I am leaning twords the 12 volt, 55 lb. Minn Kotta with Ipilot. I can get one without the foot pedal for $750. I know a 24 volt would be better but it's twice as much. Just curious if anyone uses the 12 volt model and if how battery life is? Thanks for your help.Anyone use Minn kotta power drive 55 autopilot?
