The 45 raptor would be legal but not available in an AR15...it is available in an AR10. The AR10 is a stronger bigger action, made for .308's etc. The .45 raptor is a modified .308 case with a length right at the legal limit of 1.8"
It is a beast. A handload only proposition at the moment I think....
You can get factory 450 Bushmaster loads.
The .300 Black Out and the 6.8SPC cartridges would not be legal in zone 3.
