Probably 8 -10" of white ice with 4" of snow/slush on top of that making travel hard.

I fished in 12' of water along a drop off on the East side of the lake. There were Perch in my hole all day but getting the bigger one to bite was the problem. I used waxies with various jigs and ended up with two about 10" and through back a bunch under 8". I set a tip up out with a 5" sucker with no flags. I'm going to grab some Perch minnows today and try deeper to see what happens.
