Chestnuts from seed

I was shipped 50 chinese chestnut seeds last fall by a guy in Kentucky. They have been stratifying in the fridge for 3 months now. Does anybody have advice on the best way to start them and when to start growing them. I would like to start them in the house and then transplant at the farm after the frost threat is over. I have an idea but would like to hear some experiences.
