I have a question about Riparian rights. I've called the folks in Lansing, talked to a nice Gentleman in Detroit that is in charge of my particular area (Branch county) I've discussed it with every CO I come across and I have been told that the landowner owns the ground under the water in a pie shaped wedge to the center of the lake.
