I haven't gotten one of these calls for a while, but this morning I received one. The automated message says they are from Credit Card Services and are able to lower the interest rate on your credit cards. Press 1 to connect with customer service. I know this is a scam but decided to play around so I pressed 5 for fun and was connected with a customer service rep anyway.
