Get in shape!

For me, being in my mid 60s, it is easier to try and stay in halfway decent shape by working out 3 days a week, 10 months out of the year. on my Elliptical, treadmill, Total Gym and my bike when the weather allows.
when I get back from my Elk hunt, I usually relax a little in November & December. and then back at it seriously in January.
