Howdy-have a 1995 Caravan that's been sitting for a couple of years. Place we bought it from is out of business and we can't find the lien release. Tried sending registered mail to last business add'y but get nothing back. Anyone know how to clear the title so I can get rid of it?
How to sell a vehicle without lien release?
