"We have had generations of hunters, mine included, that were taught that you shot any buck at almost any cost and you rarely or never shot a doe, because doing so killed 3 deer. Killing bucks was good, killing does was either a no-no or a chore, that had to be explained away. Many were taught that as soon as you identified antlers in the scope or sights, you got off a good shot as fast as you could, because if you didn't, the buck might get away to surely be killed by the next...In who's world?
