Lead Ban on Federal Lands

It is my understanding that Dan Ashe, the outgoing director of the Fish and Wildlife Service, issued an directive banning the use of lead ammunition and fishing tackle on most federal lands. See the link below:

I do think this is heavy handed and chicken feces by an outgoing director from the Obama administration.

I do some hunting on Federal Land. For upland bird hunting, this has not been a problem for me as most all my upland hunting...
