Marinas, winter storage, and warm temps

I live in the city (Detroit) and space is an issue thus I store my boat in a marina. I have stored it in 2 different marinas each opened rack service 04/01. I've found this to be common in all the marinas I've looked at.

With warming weather, particularly over the last two seasons, I've missed out on some great fishing. Any one know of any places that offer earlier Spring/Summer service that I may have missed?
