The weigth of the outboard isnt going to destroy the boat. I personally dont go less than 15%. The F70 would be a good motor option because of the serious weight reduction compared to the 75. I would rather drag bags to slow down the boat at a troll than have a dog out of the hole that barely planes when loaded down.
The F60, F70, and F75 all have differnet gear reductions and your prop pitch is unknown so trolling speed between the three is a crap shoot.
The 60 and 75 are completely different motors and the 70 is a higher performance version of the 60. Peak power comes at a higher RPM and this comes from the different head design.
