Neighbor's ladder stand

A new neighbor moved into a house that borders my property, and his ladder stand is 10'-15' feet on his side of the line. The odd thing is that the stand is facing north into my woods! I don't think that's cool. Am I overreacting?
BTW To the south is his home, pool, and lawn. The previous owner has property line well demarcated with stakes.
