Very little ice on LSC so expect water temps in the river to warm up sooner rather than later. It could be like 2012 when we hit 80 degrees the 3rd week of March. On March 22, 2012 I was wearing shorts while jigging in the evening. It was one of my best years on the river for both walleye & musky.
I'm more concerned about all the raw sewage that's being dumped into LSC. It could make for some chitty fishing though the brown trout will be biting.
