Want to replace two first floor aluminum windows in an east side metro Detroit house built in the early 1960s. Brick exterior facade and drywall wrapped around the reveal on the interior. Marble sill.

Windows: can I buy something off the shelf at HD/Lowes or do I need to order something? Can I get custom windows in 2-4 days?

Procedure: how do trheee come out? Simple screws all around or is it more involved? I removed an aluminum patio glass window/door and it was...
