I did a search but it didn't turn up much. Anyone ever threw some eggs in the smoker while doing ribs or something before? My buddy was talking about it during the super bowl and I really want to try it. Just wondering if anyone has done it or even had them before.
So far I got 2 hours at about 225. Some people say hard boil first then peel and smoke, others say it's great just to cook them as they smoke. That sounds easier, but in my smoking experience easier is almost never better.
I'm thinking I will try both ways and also make some scotch eggs too while I'm at it. Might as well fill er up!
