Steam Shower

My wife and I have been finishing our basement. We have been researching a few different steam showers. I was wondering if any of you have some advise or experience with them. She does suffer from sinus issues and these could potentially offer some relief. I am concerned with quality and durability of these units. I do believe it would only be used occationally, since we have other tubs and showers for everyday use. Thanks
