Tarska Bacon

If you are a fan or follower of Andrew Zimmern; this past fall he did a show from the New York area. He sampled Tarska Bacon and gave it personal approval. I found the shop and placed my order. Was good stuff. Pg.8

Smoked for a total of 96 hours. The spicy Head Cheese was not bad either!

I am including the price list. I want to try some of Grandmas Cabbage Rolls. Was told $2 each but I thought the price list stated $1.
