To lock or not to lock?

I should be able to put my permanent shack out Monday morning. I haven't owned a permanent since high school, and to placate FF, that was shortly after the Civil War. Times, they have changed...

Then I locked the door with the only thing inside left behind was the wood burning stove.

After my fellow spearers break-in earlier this year, I'll not be leaving anything in the shack, but wanted opinions on whether to lock the door or not. What say you?
