The Wyandotte "Roosevelt" girls freshmen basketball team is off to a rocking start this year.
In their first few games they had won them on an average of 40-10... the next couple games were closer but wins no less.
The defense they play has been a battle for other teams. They need some improvement on the offense, but they are on a roll.

I'm a proud dad of my girl. She is a real good player and is learning every day. The coach hasn't had to do much coaching from the bench. She told me it's "all them".
In the first game, my daughter had out rebounded the other team.
She has been a force on the defensive end. When she is on the court, which is most the time, she is the one guarding the inbound pass every play, it's her spot.
As of today they are half way through the season and are 10-0, with next game Friday!
