Newbie Questions

Hi guys,

I want to fish Saginaw bay. Never been there. I have a 16 ft boat that I use on Lake MI for salmon. I have nothing for walleyes. What would you guys recommend for basic setups? I have a set of boards, riggers, dipseys, a couple of 3 colors lead cores and slide divers.

What spoons or body baits should I be running? Colors?

Do I need harnesses and BB??
