We got into Augres early only to find that the weatherman missed the predicted 5-10 mph winds which were more like 15mph+! 3-4 ft waves and bigger greeted us at the river mouth but we eased our way out and south finally settling in 35 fow. We got 9 fish in the first hour and a half on bottom bouncers and meat with gold/purple and green tiger blades being the best. Our second pass was slower catching as the wind died down and the storm front approached. We got number 15 in the boat after 3 hours on the water and were at the barn cleaning fish when the rain came. All in all a good day on the water with my buddies Don P and Don B!
