Cold water, 32 degrees on the depthfinder. seemingly unlimited water visibility. Detroit Police boat out as well as one other handliner. No walleyes to be had. we only jigged.
The fat 35 inch Musky below couldn't resist an antifreeze with a shiner FinnS. I will be 50 in a few weeks, I have never been on this water in a boat, in a sweatshirt, in ANY February.
how wonderful to be out. Flat calm, it was OUR lake....
