Dining Etiquette

There are a lot of threads dealing with food and restaurants on a couple of M-S forums. One of the things I have not seen in table or dining etiquette.
I curious about how most people here hold their eating utensils. How many have switched to holding their knife and fork Continental style? How many hold their fork or spoon in a fist?
And something I saw recently was an adult tucking a napkin into the neck of his t-shirt before he ate.
I'm just wondering.
