Anyone out there using a 2/2.3hp 4 Stroke Honda on their duck boat?

Don't know about the engines you've asked about but.......
IMO the best engine ever built for that application is the early to mid 70 Johnson 4hp, it weights about 40 lbs and they are bullet proof. I had one for 10 years, my buddy now has it and has used it for another 5. If I were looking to setup that type of rig I wouldn't look any farther than that motor. Can get them all day long for 2-300 bucks
