There is a threaded end cap on the 16" barrel of this rifle? Do you happen to know the thread pitch? Currently waiting on ATF to approve a form 4 for a .45 caliber suppressor I purchased that is going on a break open .44 mag, (It won't be approved in time for this hunting season but next year it will). I am interested in this rifle though....I have the same one in a .300 whisper, it came threaded 5/8"-24 but that is probably a bit thin for a .45 caliber round. I didn't know Ruger was making this caliber.
