So? As per usual, it's looking like a bit of a toss up. As a true homer I'm going with the good guys in blue and gold, but I'm scared to death of our secondary. Rice isn't a complete cupcake, but they still managed to exploit us there. I was pleasantly surprised with the defensive front, but they've yet to see a decent rushing attack. Even with the issues UM has on O line, I think we'll get that this Saturday. Golson came out looking sharp, and as an Irish fan I'm ecstatic that we've got a QB with legs - not to mention the cannon he's got for an arm. I say the domers pull it off on the back of Everett, in spite of a defense with some glaring problems.
That said, you boys come to play against ND, just like everybody else. Out of your three rivalry games, we're probably the most feasible win, so anything can happen.
My prediction:
Irish 38, Team Skintags (seriously, have you never seen those close ups of Hokes neck?!) 31
If Golson manages to pull of a turnover free game and looks as good as he did Saturday, the spread could be wider. Not holding my breath though.
