1000 yard rifle for under $1000!

Number one complaint with the American rifles is the "flimsy" stock. They flex easily and can contact the barrel especially when using a bipod. I've stiffened several of them on .450 BushMaster chambered American's so I figured it was step one on this as well.

Relief channel is cut into the ribs

All internal surfaces are roughed up using a carbide burr with a Dremel tool.

Small pocket relief is bored into the rear of the forearm, at the front of the forward V block
