The old reliable Springs Wiggler resulted in my first steelhead in spring 1981. In this PM Clay Banks pool tail out. Brown squirrel tail, chartreuse body, brown palmered hackle. I now tie it in various dyed pheasant and squirrel tail colors like these. When other patterns fail this is the one I revert to. Has taken Trout, salmon, steelhead, bass, carp, suckers.
