...on May 3 2016 just north of Milwaukee. Just 30 feet off the road and passed by 1000's of cars every day going 70 mph. My guess it was laying there all winter and got covered with snow and disappeared until spring. Buddy of mine happened to spot it on his way to work one morning as a passenger in a carpool. "I think I saw antlers...you should probably go check it out". Got DNR permission to pick it up to make sure everything was legal. My guess is a semi hit it and kept going...otherwise...Look what I found...
