Looking for some legal rental advice---DIRECTION

A renter has moved off my property, but has left a garage full of items. Riding lawn mowers, generator, tires and hundreds of small items. We parted on good terms; they moved out due to problems with Consumers Power.
I don't know where they live, phone has been turned off--may be in some kind of program.....
They paid rent on the garage but not the last two months....I don't want to see them lose their property, but have a new renter wanting to move on the property and use the garage....
