Reloading .45lc

Ok I am brand new to reloading. I just ordered a Lee classic turret press with the 4 die set for .45lc. I am shooting a stainless Ruger Vaquaro .45lc.
What is a good powder to use and what primers should I use. I have read a ton of stuff on them and I have seen a ton of different answers. I am just curious as to what everyone else is using.
I am mostly going to use it for plinking but I would like to hunt with the rounds too. I am planning on picking up a Henry Big Boy in .45lc too later...
