A friend of mine down state wants to sell his boat to , was wondering if it is a good deal.

1995 fishmaster starcraft 19ft.with a 135 mariner. Says he had a mechanic go threw the motor and checked every thing out. I did have a bad experience with a mariner before, so I'm leery about that?
Guess I'm just looking to see some pro"s and con"s, will be fishing in sag bay mostly. and the motor is a 1997
