My mothers recipe for Grape leaves. 2lb of venison burger, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup lemon juice & 1QT of organic chicken stock! Place a heavy plate on top and bring to boil and let simmer! After leaves are tender, pit in another pan. Keep the broth & lemon juice and bring to boil and add 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 1/2 cold water to hot reduced lemon broth.
