So I had a fish fry yesterday for 20 plus people. I have always just used 2 electric plugin skillets with 1/2" oil having to flip fish. Nephew suggested we use his Bass Pro deep fryer and the results were far superior to what I had been doing. So now I am in the market for a fryer and I was thinking that the way to go is probably to get a deep well turkey style so I could do more at a time. I wonder if that is true though since my nephew would only do a layer at a time in his so maybe the...Which fryer to purchase?
