Alter Road ramp

The guys that own the Alter Ramp put a gate up sometime last month. They got tired of going out there just about every morning and picking up trash thrown out car windows by people who would party in the area and then dispose in their parking lot. Once the weather really breaks they will open up the gates and business as usual.

There is a full report on my facebook page the day after the gates went in. Somewhere on the message board here there is a thread on the gates.

My neighbor stopped by Alter Rd today and said it was closed. I didn't think Alter ever closed.

He said St Jean was locked as well, but we all know it wont open for a bit
