Looking to get started. Shotshells

I've been wanting to do some reloading. Not to save money or anything like that. It just seems like it may be fun.
If I were to reload I would more the likely make loads for hunting. Grouse/woodcock, waterfowl and turkey.
3" and 3-1/2". Heavy shot, steel, bismuth and coated lead.
What should I know before I dive in? What should I have to really get started?
