My cousin and his family are entering into the purchase of a number of cabins on a single piece of property. They want to have a simple agreement between all the cabin owners regarding payment of expenses, use of cabins, use of common areas, and general rules signed between them all. I have a very basic agreement drawn up...but I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share an agreement that they have that has served them well over the years? Thanks in advance.
