This is a Panasonic Toughbook with a Fresh Windows 7 installation.I have been running a different Toughbook on my boat for 5 yrs. This one has been recently updated and is in good to vg condition. including AC charger, DC charger, GPS receiver, and personal instructions. As you can SEA this system has incredible zoom. Very easy to use complete with all Great Lakes Charts. $400
