Great customer service

Regulator quit on my coleman Roadtrip LXE grill. Figured it was going to be a huge PITA to get a new one.

Got in touch with customer service who sent me an email within minutes with an incident number. She told me just go ahead and reply with a photo of the regulator. Took about 10 minutes total and I'll have a new one by end of week.



I never had to show a receipt or anything. Good to see a megacorp taking care of this issue in such an expedited fashion. I won't hesitate to buy another grill from them in the future. That and the fact this little thing gets hotterthanhell and is a steak searing machine is enough for me.
