Recovering heart attack advice.

On Jan 3 I suffered a heart attack and went into cardiac arrest in the back of the ambulance, Was cathed and a stint put in place.



I know that I have to make major health and food changes which I have begun.

I see my cardiologist on Friday the 16th.



Any helpful advice you can share?
