Jerk Neighbor

Hi. I'm the "jerk neighbor" who purchased 40 acres that includes 15 acres of woods with the majority in hayfield. I kicked everyone off from hunting once I discovered that one of my horses was carrying a bullet in his neck. It didn't kill him, but he carried the bullet around for years as the vet stated that it would cause more muscle damage by removing the bullet than to just leave it. My property is posted & frankly, I don't want anyone shooting on it, especially near my horses. I've had this discussion with him NUMEROUS times. Last season, my neighbor put his pop up blind RIGHT on the property line with 2 of the windows facing my fields. I put up several round bales of hay in front of his blind on my side of the property line. I thought he could take a hint. Evidently not as he's now in the process of building a blind approximately 20-30 feet in the air on his side of the property line so that he can continue to hunt my hay fields and woods. I am not against hunting; I like venison too. However, I want to keep my horses safe & am looking for ideas on how to fence in my property so that I don't worry about my neighbor trespassing?
