Anyone know Ocqueoc, south east of Millersburg?

I am looking at a cabin west of the lakes (just south west of Millersburg, right below where it crosses Freel Hwy). There are a couple pontoons and fishing boats in the canal, but looking at the map, it appears that you'd have to cross McIntosh Rd to get into the Upper, then cross Kelley Dr to get to the Lower.

Can you really boat down into the Upper and Lower lakes from the west?

Anyone know Ocqueoc, south east of Millersburg?
