Tuesday AM

Hi Everyone, My brother and I are coming up from the Lansing area on Tuesday am. We are debating if we should be jigging in the river, or trolling out in the bay. I have a 14 foot aluma craft (Old, old, old, boat) with a newer 4 horse motor on it. I am seeing reports that LBM is pretty hot and so is the island at the mouth. I'm a little hesitant to take my boat real far out into the bay and just looking for some spots to check out that will put us on some fish.
