I left the lake on Wednesday and it was an absolute mess, talked to me neighbor this morning and he said things are even worse now. With the rain they are getting, I wouldn't risk my life or the life of anyone I care about by going out there. people are already falling through, locals have pulled all permanent shelters, yet people keep venturing out. It's only a matter of time until someone goes out and doesn't come back. Not worth it.
