How to equip this boat?

Ok, need some help.

I wanna use a track, with 3 rods per side.

Besides Berts, is there a place a bit cheaper but still good quality?

Also, how much space between rods? As in how long of a track do I need to run 3 holders?

Dumped our old beater pontoon today, so have some extra money to play with to equip this machine.

Looking into a troller, will definitely be 24 volt but may go 36.

I don't wanna deal with socks and want to be able to look in on a spot.

Came across a helix5, new in box for $300, thinking it may be enough to start with for basic electronics.
