Keeping boat in a slip

3rd year guy as well, keep my boat in a slip every year.

Just make sure you check on it at least once or twice a week especially after a storm.

Purchase quality floating tie up ROPES. Witnessed guys tie up 21' boats with junk rope and watched their boats hang half way out of the slip and bang all over the place.

Make sure your cover is tight fitting and doesn't collect water on top. I also purchased a few bumpers to keep everything for getting nicked up.

Also keep in mind you might need a power plug to convert to the slip plug, Purchase a good one that twist locks.

Oh, one more thing, battery charger and extension cord. MANDATORY!!!
