1 cup of flour
1 tsp lawrys seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 bottle of leinenkugels honey weiss
mix 3/4 cup of the flour into the beer, until the batter is thin enough to flow easily off each fillet. beat the egg and add it along with the spices and rest of the flour (if/when you need it, depending on your taste you might not add anymore). you want a consistency kind of like maple syrup. dust the fillets with plain flour(helps the batter stick), and when you dip and pull out let the fillet drain off some to remove the excess batter.
